Don't these people want a job? In today's economic environment, why would somebody submit a resume that is absolutely terrible and guarantees submission "Into The Circular File"? They aren't getting an interview, but we are getting a good laugh!

How can I deposit this enticing and oh so funny candidate's resumeInto The Circular File if they haven't attached it?!
I realize this is totally obvious but WHO WRITES "lol" IN A RESUME COVER LETTER!?!?
